Coaching Clinical Skills

This training equips supervisors of direct social service staff with practical techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to support staff development, strengthen supervision, and improve client services. Participants will practice process-oriented supervision, role plays, feedback, and coaching strategies.
